RodeoStat Media and Brand Guidelines

This notice governs use of the RodeoStat name, logos, trademarks, screenshots, statistics displays, and generated reports (together, the "RodeoStat Materials") by press, broadcasters, announcers, rodeo committees, content creators, and other third parties. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, which govern use of the Services themselves.

RodeoStat™ and the RodeoStat logo are trademarks of RodeoStat IP Enterprises LLC, used under license by RodeoStat LLC, the operator of the Services. Use of the RodeoStat Materials is permitted only as described in this notice or in a signed written agreement with RodeoStat LLC.

1. What you may do without asking us

Refer to RodeoStat by name in a factual way: in articles, broadcasts, podcasts, reviews, social posts, and commentary. Accurate, truthful references to RodeoStat and its products never require permission.
Share our reports as-is. Results reports, daysheets, and statistics outputs generated by the Services may be posted, printed, emailed, and shared for rodeo operations, news reporting, and fan communication, provided the RodeoStat attribution, copyright line, and timestamps they carry are left intact.
Use unmodified screenshots of our websites and applications for journalism, reviews, tutorials, and commentary, with attribution to RodeoStat.
Credit RodeoStat on air. Announcers and broadcasters using the Services in their workflow may state factually that statistics are provided by or sourced from RodeoStat.
Link to rodeostat.com from any website or post.

2. What you may not do

Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official status. You may not use the RodeoStat Materials in a way that suggests RodeoStat endorses, sponsors, certifies, or is affiliated with you, your event, your product, or your organization unless a signed agreement with RodeoStat LLC says so.
Do not alter our marks. Do not modify, recolor, distort, abbreviate, animate, or combine the RodeoStat name or logo with other marks, and do not use them in or as part of your own product names, event names, logos, domain names, social media handles, or app names.
Do not strip attribution. Removing or altering the attribution, copyright notice, timestamps, or footer from RodeoStat reports and outputs, or presenting our outputs as your own, is prohibited.
Do not use the RodeoStat Materials in connection with wagering. The RodeoStat name, marks, and outputs may not be used in, or in the marketing of, any betting, wagering, fantasy, or prediction product. Data licensing for any such purpose occurs only under a signed written agreement as described in Section 13A of the Terms of Service.
Do not describe RodeoStat as an official statistics provider of any association. RodeoStat is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PRCA, WPRA, or any other sanctioning body, and media materials must not state or imply otherwise. All association names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Do not republish the dataset. Sharing individual reports and pages as described above is welcome; bulk reproduction, scraping, or republication of RodeoStat statistics or the underlying dataset is governed exclusively by the Terms of Service and licensing agreements.

3. Logos and press assets

For logo files, product images, boilerplate copy, and factual company information for editorial use, contact connect@rodeostat.com with the subject line "Press kit." Assets we provide are licensed for the requested editorial use only and remain the property of RodeoStat IP Enterprises LLC.

4. Press and media inquiries

Interviews, statements, background for stories, and corrections: connect@rodeostat.com, subject line "Media inquiry." We respond to working press promptly.

5. Advertising, sponsorships, and brand partnerships

We work with brands and organizations that serve the rodeo and western industry, including:

Advertising on RodeoStat websites, applications, and communications
Sponsored placements and brand features
Brand partnerships and sponsorship arrangements around RodeoStat products, data features, or events
Co-marketing with associations, committees, production companies, and industry vendors

To start a conversation, email connect@rodeostat.com with the subject line "Advertising" or "Partnership" and a short description of your brand, your goals, and the audience you want to reach.

Please note:

No advertising, sponsorship, or partnership exists until both parties sign a written agreement. Discussions, proposals, and quotations are non-binding.
Unsolicited proposals and materials are received on a non-confidential basis and create no obligation.
Any sponsored or paid placement on our platform will be clearly identified as such, and partner advertising must comply with applicable law, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Consistent with Section 2, we do not accept advertising or sponsorship from betting, wagering, fantasy, or prediction products directed at our users.

6. Social media

We may reshare public posts that mention or tag RodeoStat, with credit to the original poster. Official RodeoStat accounts are listed in the footer of rodeostat.com; no other account speaks for RodeoStat.

7. Permissions and enforcement

For any use not clearly permitted by Section 1, ask first: legal@rodeostat.com. Permission under this notice may be revoked for misuse, and we reserve all rights in the RodeoStat Materials, including the right to require that non-conforming uses stop. Nothing in this notice waives any right of RodeoStat LLC or RodeoStat IP Enterprises LLC, and no license is granted by implication.

We may update this notice at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last Updated" date.
