FAQ

Questions from the booth.

The short version of everything announcers ask before they sign up.

What is RodeoStat Announce?

Announce is a tool built exclusively for rodeo announcers: live athlete and stock cards, career and season stats, and daysheet imports - everything you need to prepare for a rodeo in minutes instead of hours.

Which associations does the data cover?

Results from 42 associations - anchored by PRCA, WPRA, and CPRA, plus the Canadian circuits - identity-merged into one canonical profile per athlete and typically refreshed nightly. Results typically post overnight.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Announce offers digital, offline, and print options, so your cards are there whether the booth has bars or not.

How do daysheet imports work?

Drop in the daysheet as a photo, spreadsheet, or PDF and RodeoStat parses it: every contestant is linked to a canonical profile by name and hometown, stock is linked to its contractor, and the parser is designed to skip turn-outs and doctor releases. No daysheet? Build the performance by hand in minutes.

What are performance credits?

Each credit covers one performance - so a typical weekend rodeo only takes a few credits.

How many devices can I use?

Announce works on desktop, tablet, and mobile: one signed-in device at a time per account. Sign up on the website, sign in on the device you're calling from, and you're on the air.

Release 2.5August 2026Latest

More information, and better filters to find the best of it first.

Four new associations, CNFR results on your reports, and every list now leads with the event your contestant is actually entered in.

  1. Four new associations

CCPRA, SDRA, UPRA, and NIRA are in, complete with rodeos, rides, and standings. NIRA is properly points based instead of money earned, the way the association actually scores it.

  2. CNFR results, world titles, and qualifiers

CNFR results are in, and winners and qualifiers now show up on PDF reports. World titles and qualifiers were added for CPRA, CCPRA, SDRA, and UPRA, complete with proper identification.

  3. The event they're entered in comes first

Recent Wins, Notable Rides, Best, and At This Rodeo prioritize the event the contestant is currently entered in. Other events are shown in italics to make the difference clear.

  4. Stock scores and finals appearances

Print view and PDF stock score reports now lead with the year and display finals appearances.

Fixes & polish

  • Notable rides now only show the average for 1st- and 2nd-place rides. Previously, it showed averages for any 90+ score, which cluttered the section.
  • Improved Circuit Finals and Circuit Standings naming on PDF and print views, removing errors like "Montana Pro Rodeo" in favor of just "Montana."
  • Removed association join dates when the join date is uncertain.
  • Rodeo groups received a full review to improve matching rodeos across several years and locations.
