What is RodeoStat Announce?
Announce is a tool built exclusively for rodeo announcers: live athlete and stock cards, career and season stats, and daysheet imports - everything you need to prepare for a rodeo in minutes instead of hours.
Which associations does the data cover?
Results from 56 associations: anchored by PRCA and WPRA, with 8 more main associations. Each contestant profile is made up of information from every association, merged into one profile per athlete and typically refreshed nightly.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Announce offers digital, offline, and print options, so your rodeo homework is there whether you have cell service or not. Announce recognizes that you're building a rodeo and starts downloading it automatically. Once that's complete, you can access all of that information offline any time.
How do daysheet imports work?
Drop in the daysheet as a photo, spreadsheet, or PDF and, for a performance credit, RodeoStat builds your performance automatically. Every contestant is linked to their profile by name and hometown, stock is linked by brand, name, and contractor, and the import is designed to skip turn-outs and doctor releases. The more information on your daysheet the better, but at a minimum, names and hometowns organized by event and performance give the best results. No daysheet? Build the performance by hand in minutes.
What are performance credits?
Performance credits are for building performances automatically from any rodeo daysheet. Import any daysheet, big or small, any association, and Announce builds the rodeo for you: each performance is $55, billed as you import it, and every plan includes 2 credits a month that don't roll over. In a multi-performance rodeo you pick the perfs you want and can buy the others later if you change your mind. Re-uploading a rodeo's daysheet for trades, turnouts, doctor releases, draws, or splits is free. Just make sure your daysheet has names, split into their events and performances.
How many devices can I use?
Announce works on desktop, tablet, and mobile: one signed-in device at a time per account. Sign up on the website, sign in on the device you're calling from, and you're on the air.
