Our commitment
RodeoStat is built for people working in loud arenas, in bad light, with gloves on, on a tablet balanced on a booth shelf. Designing for difficult conditions and designing for accessibility are the same work.
We are committed to making our websites and applications usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people who rely on assistive technology.
1. Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as our reference standard for the RodeoStat website and web applications.
2. Current status
The Services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are working toward fuller conformance as the products develop.
3. What we do
- Accessibility is considered in the design and development of new features
- We evaluate the Services with automated accessibility tooling and manual keyboard-navigation checks as part of ongoing development
- Reported accessibility issues are triaged alongside other product defects, and barriers that block core tasks are prioritized
4. Known limitations
| Area | Limitation | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Complex statistics tables | Some data tables may lack complete header associations for screen readers | Remediation ongoing as table components are updated |
| Charts and visual statistics | Some visual data displays may lack full text alternatives | Text-based views of the underlying data are available for most content; improvements ongoing |
| Generated PDF reports | Report output is optimized for print and may not be fully tagged for screen readers | Under evaluation |
5. Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in an alternative format, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the task another way.
Email: legal@rodeostat.com (subject line "Accessibility")
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Review
This statement is based on our internal self-assessment (September 2026) and is reviewed as the Services change, and at least annually.
