FAQ
Questions about RodeoStat.
The short version of what people ask about the company, accounts and billing, the data, and getting help.
What is RodeoStat?
RodeoStat is a family of tools built on one rodeo database: Announce for rodeo announcers, DTA Builder and DTA Cleanerfor DakStats 3000 files, and Pro Stats for live video production. Because they share the same database, everyone behind a rodeo works from the same results the moment they land. Whether it's your website, your marketing team, or the arena crew, RodeoStat has a tool to speed up how results and production information move around your rodeo.
Do I need an account?
Announce does: create a RodeoStat account and pick a plan, then sign in on desktop, tablet, or phone. DTA Cleaner is free and needs no account; DTA Builder is paid per build at checkout and needs only your email so we can send the files back.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Pick a plan on the Announce page; payments are handled by Stripe. Manage your plan, change your card, or cancel any time from your account, and you keep access through the period you paid for. Performance credits beyond the two included each month are billed as you import daysheets.
What about refunds?
The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the full terms. In short: DTA Cleaner is free, so there is nothing to refund, and DTA Builder refunds a build whose output is unusable within 7 days.
Where does the data come from?
Results from 56 associations, with every result identity-merged into one profile per athlete and one per head of stock, and typically refreshed nightly. The live counts on the home page come from the same database.
Is RodeoStat affiliated with the associations?
No. RodeoStat is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any association. Association names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Where are the Announce-specific answers?
Coverage, offline use, daysheet imports, performance credits, and devices are answered in the FAQ on the Announce page. Release notes live at Announce releases.
How do I get help?
Start with the tutorials and this FAQ. If you still need a hand, open a ticket on the support page and a real person will answer, typically within 4 to 6 hours.
